Therapy and Coaching for Black Women Professionals, Leaders, and Entrepreneurs Navigating Personal and Professional Change
A safe and confidential space where Black women are seen, validated, and supported.
Being a Black woman professional and leader comes with a unique set of challenges that can feel overwhelming and leave you feeling so alone.
You’re navigating high expectations, professional pressures, and personal responsibilities on top of multiple forms of oppression, family and community expectations, and your own feelings of fear of failure or self-doubt. While you’re proud of your achievements, there are moments when the weight of it all feels like more than you can bear.
Sister, I hear you. I see you. And I’m here for you.
Are You a Black Woman Who…
Is transitioning into a new leadership role but struggling with confidence, imposter syndrome, or defining your leadership style? Do you find it hard to articulate your vision to your team?
Feels stuck or unfulfilled in your current position but are unsure what else to do—or how to even begin making a change?
Is in a tug-of-war between career goals and personal aspirations, like growing your family or carving out time for rest and joy, only to feel like there’s never enough of you to go around?
Struggles to get out of bed, feels tired all the time despite getting enough sleep, experiences moments of fear or panic, or finds yourself more irritable than usual, snapping at loved ones or colleagues.
Can hardly enjoy the fruits of your hard work and accomplishments because of family dynamics that keep you trapped and carrying the load for everyone around you? Or maybe past trauma–physical, sexual, emotional–still seems to haunt you, no matter how high you climb the corporate ladder.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to carry it alone.
